How to decide
How is your shop set up? One location, you running the show, Starter fits. A few locations, or a floor team that receives shipments, look at Growth (up to 3 locations). Lots of locations, Pro (unlimited).
How much do you bring in? Every plan includes a monthly number of products you publish to Shopify. Each new product you push live counts as one. Starter covers up to 100 a month, Growth 250, Pro 500. If you buy in big drops and put a lot of new product on the floor at once, lean to Growth or Pro.
Which features do you want? These are the real reasons to move up. Choose Growth for any of these: advanced reporting (receivings history, margin and landed cost, CSV export), claims management for damaged or short shipments, the “Send PO” Chrome extension, or barcode label printing. Choose Pro for unlimited locations and priority support.
